RETURN POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all bynamesakke tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Items must be returned within 14 days of reciveing your order. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our discretion and may only be refunded as a store credit.

The cost of any returns is covered by customer.


We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Please e-mail us at returns@bynamesakke.com informing of your return.

  2. Packadge the items in the original box with the original Order/Invoice marked RETURNED GOODS REJECTED BY CUSTOMER.

Please use the most economical shipping method as customer covers the cost of returns and ship to following address:

RECEIVING A REFUND

All returns will be credited as either a store credit or a refund to the original purchaser’s PayPal/credit card/bank account excluding international customs duties and sales taxes.



GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit, you will need to create your bynamesakke Account. The store credit will be valid for one year and the amount will be deducted on your next purchase. Please note that you may be required to pay any cost difference and additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
